Welcome to Upstate Structural Repair. We are a locally-owned company operating from Taylors, South Carolina, and servicing the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson areas and more. We’ve found people are so excited to work with us that we’ve even started going to Western North Carolina to keep our near neighbors happy.

Upstate Structural Repair has been in business since 2016 and, together, possesses more than 50 years of construction industry experience. Our expertise includes proper building practice and skilled repairs of the most common issues (and extreme cases) such as dry rot, termite damage, slanted floors, dipped floors, and bouncy floors; structural errors in newer homes, such as un and under-supported loads, or cracking slabs; and more.

There is no crawlspace too small or tall or too damaged that we can’t repair it. We maintain the proper license, bond, and structural and foundation repair insurance.

Upstate Structural Repair does NOT practice pressured or coercive salesmanship. We prioritize our customers’ dignity and livelihood and believe it is their right to fully understand the condition of their most valuable asset: their home or business. We seek to bring honesty and integrity to an industry often saturated by high-pressure sales tactics and preying on fear. Our consultants are highly-trained, knowledgeable, and courteous. They will explain in clear detail both the results of our inspections as well as our recommendations for repair.

At Upstate Structural Repair, we are fellow homeowners and understand the stress that accompanies navigating the tension between safety and budget concerns. We will explore every option available in order to provide an economical and reliable solution. Additionally, we require that, if repairs are unnecessary or are outside of our expertise, our consultants openly share this information and make other recommendations.
